This guarantee operates in conjunction with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). While standard commercial rules often exclude industrial parts once used, Spare Part Mart supersedes these exclusions for the initial 30 days following the date of delivery.
Testing & Performance Protocols
- In-Service Verification: This guarantee applies even if the component has been installed and put into active service. We encourage you to verify the performance on your actual equipment.
- Benchmarking Requirement: If our component does not meet the technical specifications or operational life expectations of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part it replaces, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Universal Coverage: The policy covers the entire range of consumables and spare parts, whether they remain in original packaging or have undergone initial trial runs.
Initiating a Claim
To initiate a claim, contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery. To assist our manufacturing partners in maintaining high standards, we require the Machine Model and a Description of the performance discrepancy found during your testing period.
