4. Product Availability
We strive to keep our product listings accurate and up to date. However, availability may vary and certain items may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we will fulfill your order as soon as possible or offer alternatives solutions.

5. Handling Time and Order Verification
Orders are processed with a standard handling time of 1–3 business days.
During this time, we confirm availability with our manufacturer partners.
A temporary hold is placed on your card during this verification period.
In rare cases, a product may become unavailable or delayed. We will notify you and offer:

6. Limitation of Liability

This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage to machinery, operational downtime, lost revenue, or production delays. All customers are solely responsible for determining the compatibility, safety, and suitability of any product for their specific application prior to use.

7. Returns and 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. You are welcome to test the product, and if you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we will arrange a full refund (excluding shipping costs). A valid reason must be provided. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. If the fault lies with Spare Part Mart, we will cover the return costs.

Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items only. We do not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by proof of purchase and evidence of fault. Products may be inspected and tested before a resolution is offered.

8. Shipping and Delivery
All products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners. Orders are subject to a standard processing time of 1–3 business days. Payments are placed on hold until availability is confirmed with our partners.

Shipping times vary depending on destination and supplier location. Tracking information will be provided where available. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Deliveries made to non-Australian addresses may be subject to additional import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
