To qualify for a 5% price beat, the competitor's offer must meet the following industrial verification criteria:

• Identical Product: The item must be the same brand, model, and condition (Brand New) as the product listed on Spare Part Mart.
• Stock Availability: The competitor must have the item in stock or available for dispatch within 5 business days.
• Publicly Advertised: The price must be available to the general public and not restricted to private accounts.

Spare Part Mart reserves the right to verify competitor pricing and availability at the time of request. The 5% reduction applies to the product price only, excluding freight.
