Machine will not start or power up
A worn key or selector switch is a common cause of no-start faults once the batteries and fuses check out.
Intermittent faults
Switches that have to be held or jiggled will fail completely soon. Replacing them is a quick job.
Water and dirt
Cab and dash switches take water and dust. A corroded switch is cheaper to replace than to chase.
Fleet spares
A spare switch for each machine type keeps a machine working instead of waiting for parts.

No. It is an aftermarket part made to fit in place of JCB 701/80627. It is not made by or affiliated with JCB; the JCB part number is used only to show what it replaces.
It fits JCB 3CX and 4CX backhoe loaders. Machines change parts between serial number ranges, so check the number on your old part or in your parts manual.
It is made to the same mounting and connections as the original part. Fit new gaskets and seals where they are used, and check for leaks and correct operation before putting the machine back to work.
