Order Processing Protocols
- Processing Window: Orders typically require 1–3 business days to clear technical verification and prepare for consolidation.
- Production Lead Times: Most components are in-stock. If a part requires on-demand manufacturing, we will notify you within 24 hours of the expected timeframe.
- Tracking Activation: Official tracking numbers are issued as soon as the consolidated shipment clears our warehouse and enters the carrier network.
- Payment Status: Transactions are finalised only after the order is confirmed and processed for transit.
International Duties & Taxes
As an international importer of industrial components, please note that deliveries outside of Australia may be subject to local regulations:
- Buyer Responsibility: Import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These are not included in the checkout price.
