Continuous-Duty Vacuum Pump Operation
In applications where vacuum pumps run continuously, such as in packaging or material handling, this separator ensures efficient separation of oil and air, reducing oil carryover and extending pump life.
High-Humidity Environments
For compressors operating in humid conditions, this separator helps remove moisture from the air stream, protecting downstream equipment from corrosion and maintaining air quality.
Maintenance Scheduling Simplification
With its compact size and lightweight design, this separator allows for quick replacement during routine service intervals, minimising downtime and simplifying inventory management.
Multi-Brand Fleet Consolidation
Facilities using a mix of Becker, Fai Filtri, or Mann-Filter equipment can standardise on this aftermarket separator, reducing the number of part numbers stocked while ensuring consistent performance.
Check your pump's index: this separator fits Becker U 4.250 from index E onwards. Also verify the dimensions: 293 mm height, 101 mm outer diameter, and 63 mm largest inner diameter match your existing separator.
This separator is a separation element, not a fine filter. Its primary function is to separate oil and condensate from air, with a permissible flow of 2.01 m³/h. For specific particle retention, consult your equipment manual.
The smallest inner diameter is 6.5 mm, and the largest inner diameter is 63 mm. The separator has no external threads; it seals via O-rings or gaskets (not included). Ensure your housing accepts these dimensions.
Yes, this separator is built to match OEM specifications and is a direct replacement for brands like Becker and Mann-Filter. It offers the same performance at a competitive price, backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Installation is straightforward: remove the old separator, clean the housing, insert the new separator ensuring it seats properly, and reassemble. No special tools are required. Always refer to your equipment's service manual for specific steps.
