Where we ship

Spare Part Mart ships to almost every country. Parts are dispatched from our manufacturing partners to a central consolidation warehouse, where they are inspected and packed before international transit.

Shipping options and cost

Freight is calculated at checkout from the weight of the order and the delivery address. Three options are offered where available:

• Economy: the lowest cost option, suited to non-urgent stock.
• Standard: a balance of cost and transit time.
• Express (DHL or UPS): priority air freight for urgent parts.

Processing time

Orders usually take 1 to 5 business days to verify and prepare for dispatch. Most parts are in stock. If a part needs to be made to order, we will tell you the expected lead time within 24 hours of your order.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once the shipment leaves the consolidation warehouse and enters the carrier network.

Duties and taxes

Orders delivered outside Australia may attract import duties, taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the checkout price and are paid by the buyer. Please check the rates for industrial spare parts with your local customs authority before ordering. US import tariffs change often, so US buyers placing large orders should confirm current duties first.
