You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. It must be unused, in the condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Email sales@sparepartmart.co with your order number and the item you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted.
The customer pays the cost of shipping a return back to us, by mail or courier, unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if anything is faulty, damaged or incorrect. In those cases we cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
Special-order or custom-made parts, and parts that have been fitted or used, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received it, email sales@sparepartmart.co.
