Bobcat 6988700 is the 12 V gear reduction starter: the aluminium nose housing with its two bolt flange and 9 tooth pinion, the solenoid with the black terminal boot and the long yoke. It is used on Bobcat backhoe loaders and excavators. This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.
