Bosch 0445120304 is the Bosch CRIN type electronic common rail injector with a two stud solenoid connector, a stainless body with a sealing ring groove and a slim nozzle with a copper washer. It is used on Cummins ISLe 8.9 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
