Caterpillar 10R-8988 is the electronic unit injector: the grey body with the plunger spring, the white solenoid cap with two terminal pins and the nozzle with its sealing rings. It is used on Caterpillar C18, C27 and C32 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
