Caterpillar 10R-8989 is the Caterpillar type electronic unit injector with a white two stud solenoid cap, a cast rocker body with the plunger return spring and blue and red O rings on the barrel. It is used on Caterpillar C15 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
