Caterpillar 225-3150 is the 24 volt gear reduction starter motor with 10 tooth pinion, solenoid and mounting flange. It is used on Caterpillar 3056 and C4.4 engines. This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.
The same part is also sold as Perkins 2873K406 and Denso 428000-1120.
