Cummins 3806180 is the engine coolant pump: cast iron triangle flange body, bearing and shaft, mechanical seal and impeller, with a flat pulley hub. It is used on Cummins 6CT 8.3 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
