Cummins 4037636 is the HX55W turbocharger: a wastegated unit with the actuator on a bracket and its boost hose, a twin entry four bolt turbine inlet and an aluminium compressor housing with a V band outlet. It is used on Cummins QSM11 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
