Cummins 4047354 is the wastegated turbocharger with the actuator and boost hose fitted, a twin entry four bolt exhaust inlet flange and an aluminium compressor housing. It is used on Cummins 8.9L L360 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
