Denso 28000-3711 is the 12 volt gear reduction starter motor with 11 tooth pinion, solenoid and mounting flange. It is used on Toyota Z series forklift engines. This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.
