Doosan 2523-9014 is the electric throttle motor (governor actuator) that moves the engine fuel lever to the speed set on the cab dial. It is used on Doosan Daewoo DH and Solar crawler excavators. This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.

Engine speed does not follow the dial
When turning the engine speed dial does nothing, or the engine stays at idle or at full speed, the throttle motor or its cable is the usual cause once the dial and controller check out.
