Fiber Laser Protective Window, D30 x 2 mm, Fused Silica, Aftermarket

Fused silica protective window for fiber laser cutting and welding heads, 30 mm in diameter and 2 mm thick. It sits below the focusing lens and takes the spatter, smoke and back reflection from the cut, so the lens above it stays clean.

Both faces carry an anti reflection coating for 1064 nm fiber lasers, so the window passes the beam with very little loss. A window that is pitted, burnt or smeared absorbs power, runs hot and can crack, and it costs cutting speed before it fails.

Sold in packs of 5 or 10, all the same 30 x 2 mm window. Measure the window you are replacing: diameter and thickness must both match, and upper and lower windows in the same head are often different sizes.

If piercing slows, the kerf widens or the machine needs more power for the same plate, inspect the window before changing parameters. A dirty window is the most common cause.
