Flow 041138-1 is the abrasive mixing chamber (nozzle body) of the Paser 4 cutting head, which holds the orifice and the focusing tube and draws in the abrasive. It is used on Flow Paser 4 abrasive cutting heads. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.

Wide or ragged kerf
Abrasive wears the bore of the mixing chamber where the jet, air and garnet meet. Once it washes out, the stream loses focus and the cut gets wider and rougher. Check the orifice and focusing tube first, then the chamber.
Abrasive feed problems
A worn or cracked chamber leaks vacuum, so abrasive surges or stops feeding. Poor vacuum at the abrasive port with a good orifice and feed hose points to the chamber.
Orifice and tube changes
The chamber holds the orifice and the focusing tube in line. When the seat or the tube bore is damaged, a new orifice or tube will not run true until the chamber is replaced.
Fitting tips
Isolate and bleed the high pressure before opening the head. Clean the threads, fit a new orifice, align the focusing tube, tighten the nut to the head maker's figure and test cut on scrap.
