Harris 6290NX-2 is the size 2 two piece cutting tip for propane and natural gas in the Harris 6290 series, used on Harris style cutting torches and cutting attachments that take 6290 tips. This is an aftermarket tip made to the same series, size and seat.
The tip has a splined brass inner and a chrome plated outer sleeve. Propane and natural gas need a bigger, softer preheat flame than acetylene, and the gap between the two pieces is what gives it. The inner pulls out of the sleeve for cleaning.
Check the series and size stamped on your old tip before ordering: it should read 6290 NX with size 2. Sold in packs of 2 or 5.
