Hitachi 4251587 is the sealed plug in relay in a green case with a cream four pin base and a steel mounting tab. It is used on Hitachi EX120-5 and EX200-3 excavators. This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.
