Hyundai 21M9-30101 is the cab monitor (cluster gauge panel with rev counter, temperature and fuel gauges, LCD and mode buttons). It is used on Hyundai -9 series mini and midi excavators (R55-9 to R80CR-9). This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.
