Isuzu 8-97079976-1 is the mechanical screw in type fuel injector with a black body, a threaded high pressure inlet, a hexagon body nut and a short nozzle. It is used on Isuzu 4LE1 engines (Hitachi EX55, Sumitomo SH55U). This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
