Komatsu 4038597 is the HX35W turbocharger: a wastegated unit with the actuator on a bracket and its boost hose, a twin entry turbine housing and an aluminium compressor housing. It is used on Komatsu PC220-8 excavators. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
