Komatsu 600-813-9320 is the 24V gear reduction starter with the solenoid on top, a flange mount and the pinion in the nose housing. It is used on Komatsu 6D125 and 6D140 engines. This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.
