Komatsu 6261-81-2700 Aftermarket Boost Pressure Sensor

Komatsu 6261-81-2700 is the intake manifold boost pressure sensor (two bolt flange mount, integral connector). It is used on Komatsu PC400LC-8, WA480-6 and HM300-2 (SAA6D125E, 6D140E and 6D170E engines). This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.

Corroded or damaged plug
Sensors on the pump and valve block take water, oil and pressure washing. A corroded connector or cracked body is a reason to replace it.

Fitting tips
Relieve the hydraulic pressure before removing the old sensor, fit a new O ring lightly oiled, tighten to the machine maker's torque and check for leaks.
