Kubota 15425-63016 is the gear reduction starter motor: the aluminium nose housing with its two hole flange and 10 tooth pinion, the silver motor can with through bolts and the solenoid with its rubber terminal boot. It is used on Thomas skid steer loaders with the Kubota V2203. This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.
