Mitsubishi ME015065 is the TD05 class turbocharger with the wastegate actuator and its boost hose, the four bolt exhaust inlet flange and the oil feed and drain ports. It is used on Mitsubishi Fuso 4D31 and 4D34 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.

Exhaust gas spins the turbine, which drives the compressor wheel on the same shaft and pushes more air into the engine. More air lets the engine burn more fuel cleanly, giving the rated power.
