Nissan 21010-37726 is the engine coolant pump: cast iron body, bearing and shaft, mechanical seal and impeller, with flange hub and back plate. It is used on Nissan SD22 and SD25 forklift engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.

Coolant dripping from the pump body means the seal has failed. Replace the pump before the engine runs low and overheats.
Overheating
A worn impeller moves less coolant. If the engine runs hot with a good thermostat and radiator, check the pump.
Bearing noise or play
A rumble or play at the pulley means the bearing is worn and the seal will follow.
