1200 black nitrile (NBR) O-rings in 24 metric sizes, from 6 x 1.5 mm to 28 x 3.1 mm (inside diameter x cross section), sorted in a clear 24 compartment box with the size printed on each compartment.
Filter bowl and housing O-rings, valve seals and fitting O-rings get flattened every time an element is changed. A worn O-ring is the usual reason a new filter weeps at the bowl, so keeping a box of the common sizes on the bench means the seal is renewed with the element, not after the leak.

Applications & use cases
Filter element changes
Replace the bowl or housing O-ring every time the element is changed. Lubricate the new ring with clean oil before fitting so it seats without twisting.
Hydraulic fittings
Plugs and adaptors that seal with an O-ring weep once the ring has taken a set. A matching size from the box stops the leak without waiting for a part.
Compressed air lines
Drain fittings, quick couplings and regulator bowls on air lines use small metric O-rings that are easy to lose and hard to buy one at a time.
Matching an unknown seal
Measure the inside diameter and the cross section of the old ring with a caliper and pick the nearest size from the chart on the lid.

Frequently asked questions
How do I measure an O-ring?
Measure the inside diameter (ID) across the hole and the thickness of the cord (the cross section). Sizes in this kit are listed as ID x cross section in millimetres.
What temperature can nitrile take?
Nitrile O-rings are typically used from about -30 to +100 C in oil and air. For higher temperatures a Viton (FKM) ring is the better choice.
Are these imperial sizes?
No, all 24 sizes are metric. Some are close to imperial sizes, but check with a caliper before using one in an imperial groove.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping options and costs for your country are shown at checkout.
