Raytools 3D Aftermarket Laser Nozzle, Pack of 10, Single & Double Layer, D15 x M8 x H19

$20.80 USD

A pack of 10 compact copper nozzles in the Raytools 3D format: 15 mm outer diameter, 19 mm height and an M8 x 0.75 thread. They replace Raytools 120GJT09xx single layer and 120GJT02xx double layer 3D nozzles, used on tube and three dimensional cutting heads such as the BM109TC, BM111TC and BD04K.

The small body clears round and square tube and formed parts. Copper, concentric bore, fits the Raytools D19.5 or D21.4 M8 ceramic.

Single layer bores suit oxygen cutting of carbon steel tube; double layer bores suit nitrogen cutting of stainless and aluminium tube. Sold in packs of 10.

Applications & Use Cases

Carbon steel, oxygen
Use single layer nozzles. Small bores (0.8 to 1.2 mm) for thin sheet, 1.5 to 2.0 mm for most 3 to 10 mm plate, 2.5 mm and up for thick plate.

Stainless steel and aluminium, nitrogen or air
Use double layer nozzles. Larger bores are used on thicker material where more gas is needed.

Poor cut quality
Dross, a wandering kerf or bad piercing are often caused by a damaged or dirty nozzle. Fit a new nozzle of the same bore before changing other settings.

Height sensing faults
The nozzle is part of the capacitive height sensor. A worn or loose nozzle causes height alarms.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this fit my Raytools head?

3D and tube cutting heads that take the D15-H19-M8 nozzle on the D19.5 or D21.4 M8 ceramic. Check the nozzle currently fitted if unsure.

Is this a genuine Raytools part?

No. It is an aftermarket nozzle made to the same 15 x 19 mm, M8 dimensions. Raytools part numbers are listed so you can match your existing nozzle.

How many nozzles are in a pack?

10, all the same layer and bore size you select. Nozzles are only sold in packs of 10.

Single layer or double layer?

Single layer for oxygen cutting of carbon steel. Double layer for nitrogen or air cutting of stainless steel and aluminium, where the inner cone stabilises the high pressure jet.

Which bore should I choose?

Use your machine's cutting chart for the material and thickness. As a guide, thin sheet runs 0.8 to 1.5 mm, mid plate 1.5 to 2.5 mm and thick plate 3.0 mm and up. Bigger bores pass more gas at lower velocity.

How often should nozzles be changed?

When the bore is damaged, out of round or coated in spatter that will not clean off, or when height sensing becomes unstable. Busy machines often change nozzles daily.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Shipping options and costs for your country are shown at checkout.
