Nozzle connector for the Raytools BM115 fiber laser cutting head with the F200 focusing lens. It is the lower assembly of the head: the ceramic ring and nozzle screw into it, and it carries the capacitive height sensing signal and the cutting gas down to the nozzle.
The body is machined aluminium with a square four hole mounting flange, a side block for the sensor and gas fittings, and a knurled lock ring at the nozzle end with an O-ring seal.
The body length is set by the focal length, so order the F200 version for a head fitted with the F200 lens.

Applications & use cases
After a head crash
A collision with the sheet or a tipped part is the usual reason to change the connector: a bent seat or cracked insulation throws the nozzle off centre and upsets the height sensing.
Unstable height control
If the capacitive height control keeps alarming or the cut height drifts after the ceramic ring and nozzle have been changed, the connector itself is the next part to swap.
Keeping a spare
A spare connector turns a crash into a short repair instead of days waiting for a part.

Frequently asked questions
Will it fit my Raytools BM115 cutting head?
Yes, it was made for the Raytools BM115 cutting head, and 1 more listed under compatible equipment. Check the old nozzle connector is marked F200 or one of the cross references, because makers change parts between serial ranges.
How often should I replace the nozzle connector on my Raytools BM115 cutting head?
On the Raytools BM115 cutting head, laser and plasma nozzles wear in days to weeks, depending on hours of arc or beam time, material and gas. Change it on condition, not by date.
What are the signs the nozzle connector needs replacing?
An oval or nicked orifice, spatter stuck on the tip, more dross, a wider cut or bevel on one side, and height sensing errors.
What should I do after changing it?
Centre the nozzle on the beam and recalibrate the height sensor. A new nozzle off centre cuts on one side only.
Why does the machine show a sensor error after changing it?
On laser heads, a cracked ceramic ring or a loose nozzle breaks the capacitive height signal. Check that both are seated and clean.
Is this a genuine Raytools BM115 F200?
No. It is an aftermarket nozzle connector made to replace the Raytools BM115 F200. It is not made by the original manufacturer; the number only shows what it replaces.
