You're saving 40-52% on SMC AMD-EL150 buying from SPM.
Instrument and control air
Micro filtered air keeps proportional valves, air bearings and sensors free of oil films and fine dirt.
Coating and painting lines
Oil aerosol in spray air causes fisheyes and poor adhesion. A fresh 0.01 µm element is the usual fix.
Pre-filter for carbon
An AMF odour removal filter or carbon stage must sit after a 0.01 µm separator like this one.
Planned maintenance
Change the element when the pressure drop reaches 0.1 MPa or every two years, whichever comes first.
No. It is an aftermarket element made to fit. It is not made by or affiliated with SMC; the SMC number AMD-EL150 is shown only so you can match the part you are replacing.
Check the model on the unit's body. This element fits SMC AMD150C units (and the earlier AMD150 without the C suffix). If the old element is marked AMD-EL150, this is the replacement.
Check the bowl O-ring when you change the element and replace it if it is flattened or cracked, and make sure the auto drain is clear.
