SPM-HEP-4099 is the belt driven fuel transfer (feed) pump with a V-belt pulley, an aluminium body and threaded fuel ports. It is used on Deutz engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Deutz 02112673, Deutz 04503573, Deutz 04503572 and Deutz 02113800.

A weak lift pump starves the injection pump. Long cranking after standing is a common sign.

If the engine pulls well when light but dies off under load, check fuel delivery and the lift pump.
