SPM-HEP-4143 is the Denso type common rail injector (295050-1520) with its leak-off port and two pin terminal. It is used on Isuzu 4HK1 and 6HK1 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Isuzu 8-98243863-0 and Denso 295050-1520.
