SPM-HEP-4199 is the 12 volt electric fuel transfer pump with its alloy mounting base, fuel ports and sealed plug. It is used on Cummins ISX15 and QSX15 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Cummins 4935094, Cummins 4076580 and Cummins 5362255.

If the engine pulls well when light but dies off under load, check fuel delivery and the lift pump.
