SPM-HEP-4330 is the automatic belt tensioner with spring arm and pulley. It is used on Cummins 4BT, 6BT and 6CT engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Cummins 3914086, Cummins 3937553 and Cummins 5333477.
