SPM-HEP-4393 is the 24 volt pull type shutoff solenoid with threaded body, spring loaded plunger and screw terminals. It is used on Caterpillar 3116 and 3126 engines. This aftermarket version has the same mounting and electrical connector as the original, so it plugs in and bolts on where the old one came off.
It replaces Caterpillar 155-4652, Caterpillar 125-5772 and Caterpillar 8C-3663.
Sold as one unit. Check the number on your old part, or in the parts manual for your machine, before ordering.

Applications & use cases
Engine will not start or will not stop
A failed fuel shutoff solenoid holds the fuel off (no start) or will not cut it (no stop). Check power at the plug first.
Engine cuts out
A weak pull-in or hold coil lets the solenoid drop out under vibration and the engine stalls.
Sticking plunger
Dirt and corrosion stop the plunger moving freely. Replacing the solenoid is quicker than freeing an old one.
Fleet spares
A spare solenoid on the van turns a no-start into a quick fix on site.
