SPM-HEP-4444 is the engine coolant pump: cast iron body, bearing and shaft, mechanical seal and impeller, with flange hub and steel back plate. It is used on Isuzu 2AA1 and 2AB1 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Isuzu 5681-136-0541-0 and Iseki QR6882618.
