SPM-HEP-4458 is the engine coolant pump: cast iron body, bearing and shaft, mechanical seal and impeller, with flange hub. It is used on Nissan FE6 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Nissan 21010-Z5429 and Nissan 21010-Z5572.
