SPM-HEP-4462 is the engine coolant pump: cast iron body, bearing and shaft, mechanical seal and impeller, with flange hub. It is used on Hino W04D engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Hino 16100-78101 and Hino 16100-E0341.

Coolant dripping from the pump body means the seal has failed. Replace the pump before the engine runs low and overheats.
Overheating
A worn impeller moves less coolant. If the engine runs hot with a good thermostat and radiator, check the pump.
Bearing noise or play
A rumble or play at the pulley means the bearing is worn and the seal will follow.
