SPM-HEP-4490 is the complete HX80 turbocharger with compressor and turbine housings and centre cartridge. It is used on Cummins K19 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Cummins 3804811, Cummins 3594131, Cummins 2882094, Cummins 3767935 and Cummins 4033439.

Exhaust gas spins the turbine, which drives the compressor wheel on the same shaft and pushes more air into the engine. More air lets the engine burn more fuel cleanly, giving the rated power.
