SPM-HEP-4640 is the Holset HX82 type turbocharger: a large machined aluminium compressor cover with a V-band outlet, a cast iron turbine housing with a divided inlet flange and the bearing housing oil ports between them. It is used on Cummins QSX15 and ISX engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Cummins 3594195, Cummins 3594196, Cummins 4025027 and Cummins 5323941.
