SPM-HEP-4781 is the BorgWarner S200G type wastegated turbocharger with the actuator and braided boost line fitted, a single entry four bolt exhaust inlet flange and an aluminium compressor housing. It is used on JCB JS200, JS210 and JS220 excavators. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces JCB 320/06296 and BorgWarner 12589700062.

What it does
Exhaust gas spins the turbine, which drives the compressor wheel on the same shaft and pushes more air into the engine. More air lets the engine burn more fuel cleanly, giving the rated power.
