SPM-HEP-4818 is the Denso type electronic common rail injector with a top two stud terminal, a side high pressure inlet on a black cast body with a leak off fitting, and a slim nozzle body. It is used on Isuzu 4HK1 engines (Hitachi ZX200-3). This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Denso 095000-6392 and Isuzu 8-97609791-2.
