SPM-HEP-4824 is the Denso type electronic common rail injector with a top two stud terminal, a black cast body with capped leak off and return fittings, and a long nozzle body. It is used on Isuzu 6HK1 and 6TE1 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Denso 095000-0190 and Isuzu 8-94392261-3.
