SPM-HEP-4869 is the bent steel fuel injector supply tube with a brass nut and threaded connector at each end. It is used on Cummins QSK38 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Cummins 2896823 and Cummins 4924626.
