SPM-HEP-4905 is the wastegated turbocharger with the actuator and boost hose fitted, a twin entry four bolt exhaust inlet flange and an aluminium compressor housing. It is used on Cummins 8.9L L360 engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Cummins 4047354 and Cummins 3783602.

Exhaust gas spins the turbine, which drives the compressor wheel on the same shaft and pushes more air into the engine. More air lets the engine burn more fuel cleanly, giving the rated power.
