SPM-HEP-4918 is the Holset type wastegated turbocharger with the actuator and boost hose fitted, a twin entry exhaust inlet flange and an aluminium compressor housing. It is used on Iveco NEF 4 cylinder engines. This aftermarket version is made to the same mounting and connections as the original, so it fits where the old one came off.
It replaces Iveco 504121277 and Holset 4040872.
